The people at this location could care less about a quality experience with their customer. I needed to go get a trailer adapter and when I arrived at the store forgot which adapter I needed. I tried calling the U-Haul location at least five times without success I shared with them their phone was not working. It seemed they took exception to this When it came time to ask for the blankets, they said well come on in you need to come and get them yourself

This location was ok, but it was 30 miles away from the pick-up location I reserved which had a green ✔️ indicating the equipment was available, and this was the second location change on the morning of pickup. Not convenient at all! Uhaul already had all my personal info address/ phone/ credit card but when I came to pick up had to provide name and phone for not one, but two "alternate" contacts. Recieved a text telling me to take picture of the trailer before leaving (I had already left). Upon return I had to upload 6 pictures. Holy Cow! I was renting trailer, not a kidney!

LYMAN SThe location was closed. I never received any notification of my reservation being transferred. Although I chose to be contacted via text messages, I feel that warrants a phone call to ensure knowledge of the new location of pick up. Due to the request of everything submitted via online/app, I had no knowledge that of someone needing to be present for pick up. I do not appreciate the attitude that was given to me for getting a car hauler that was "only for local use" when I had no knowledge of that information. Again, I do understand I requested preferred text message notifications, but if major changes are made then that warrants proper notification and speaking with the person who reserved the equipment.
