location was not open at 8am as advertised I want to leave review for drop off location - 66 Youngs Mill Rd, LaGrange, GA 30241 - not helpful AT ALL - would not check in equipment the day I dropped off (7/15/2025 4:30 pm) and still didn't check in equipment the next day when I called (7/16/2025 11:40 am). Did not want to use this location as drop off - chose another location for drop off but this was changed by Uhaul.

I had a horrible experience. I had to go to two locations just to get a truck to move my family never again will I use U-Haul
Kendra SHad a vehicle for me the day I requested for one
SEBRENA MI paid for a hand truck, but it wasn’t there and nobody was at the facility to help me. Nobody would answer the phone either. So I was unable to move heavy items like a freezer, meaning I have to rent another truck with a hand truck another day to complete that. Very inconvenient and disappointing.
