The person in charge of renting U-haul was late, emerging from the bowels of the shop laden with a random child in arm accompanied by a host of cats on the desk which apparently live in the shop. With no apology or explanation, she appeared inconvenienced at the presence of 3 customers, to include myself waiting for her services.
