This is the 2nd time we gave this location a chance, after the first one being HORRIBLE. This time wasn't AS bad, but this place just shouldn't do uhaul. Since its a gas station w/ convenience shop, u are at the will of waiting for all their customers to be handled for gas & shop purchases, then tending to u, then going back to them if needed during their time working with u on uhaul. We rented a 10' truck & first one given to us had a smashed passenger side mirror. They then gave us another which also had the same broken mirror that was useless to safely drive either one. Those were the only 2 available and the only thing they offered was a van, which wasn't tall enough for what I needed but they wouldn't substitute a slightly bigger truck (a truck should be substituted for a TRUCK rental, andcyes, they had plenty of other trucks there). It wasn't our fault the ones the size we rented both were broke and not able to see the right side of your truck to change lanes, back up, etc. So my only options they gave me were the van (which wasn't an option) or an unsafe truck. Making us take an unsafe truck where you're oblivious to your entire right side with a useless mirror also then made us need to spend $30 more for their insurance to protect us from what could happen from the truck they put us in. Giving us a not fully safe truck should have at least led THEM to throw in insurance to protect us! What a trap deal there! I won't be going back for any more chances to be screwed over. Uhaul needs to leave this place.
YASHAR EI was supposed to have a dolly in my U-Haul I never received one but I was charged in the back of the U-Haul we had to sweep out and clean before we were able to put our own belongings
MARSHA WCab was dirty and truck has water leak and my mattresses got wet from the rain.
