Reservation messed up by booking agent, updated reversion cost double the original, new reservation pick up was 8am worker did. Not arrived until 9am delaying everything by over an hour

Terrible customer service upon returning the truck, it was my first time ever doing this and I was treated like an imbecile, very demoralizing and belittling because I didn’t know what was happening and had to ask questions. Never again
