Always friendly at this location. They normally have what I need. I wish Uhaul would make their lives easier. Always too much repetitive work for them. Especially when I have already done all of it online, in the app.

I received very good service from the clerk. Signing in using the U-haul app didn't work. Could not take any pictures. Should check the tire pressure of the vehicles.
David PThere was no one there. The check-in process was convoluted. The locks to get the key out were the oldest locks known to man.
Jes SThe back of the truck was unfortunately very dirty and we were moving a new couch that was a floor model, so not plastic wrapped. I don’t know which parties responsibility it is to clean out the tucks but that was not great. The online check in system did not work and took us 20 min of fiddling with it after we got there before we gave up and just went inside to check it out. The lady inside was great and everything else went fine.
