Giles PThe truck had some trash behind the driver seat, the USB ports didn’t work so I had to stop by a store to get a $25 adaptor so I could charge my phone since I had to use my phones GPS on a 13hr drive and the driver side bottom mirror was missing a screw so the mirror kept popping out. Therefore I couldn’t use that much needed mirror while driving.
STEPHANIE BLow tire alert system on ENTIRE time. Agent said, its just the weather and it will go off, it never did. Drop off location tried charging us extra for gas until i provided pictures that we dropped off truck with MORE gas than when rented then refunded fees. Not a favorable rental experience.
