As I dropped the truck off at 11 o’clock at night, no personnel or present. The drop-off process was not too bad.

jim hLet the customer know more than 2 days before their move that the equipment will not be available. Poor communication. If I was able to, I would have cancelled everything. I will not be using U-haul ever again and will tell everyone I know not to use them.
Matthew PThere was no visible trash on the cargo floor, but there was what looked like red mud or rust. I believe it was mud. That could have been cleaned prior to my renting.
