How U-Haul Reviews WorkNever again will I use U-Haul service!!! It was very very expensive and inconvenient for me as the customer. They did not have the size truck I needed which meant I had to use a smaller truck!! That would automatically have me going over the recommended mileage limit. They do not allow any extra miles for a trip from the start. It was a set-up from the beginning! They charged me for going over the miles. They charged me for the fuel and another fee for them having to put the fuel in the truck. My bill was $240 extra and after the fact!!!! My bill was insane and the experience was horrible!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS SERVICE!!!! AND I DO NOT ADVISE YOU TOO EITHER!!!

David GAs I dropped the truck off at 11 o’clock at night, no personnel or present. The drop-off process was not too bad.
