Have equipment (trailer) maintained to give confidence to those who rent. The drop of point was a ‘sketchy’ location.- When I called I to drop off I was directed to a different number answering service and was unsure if place would have anybody there or b open.
Robert DI arrived at 10:20 to pickup the trailer but the location was closed. The agent finally arrived at 10:35 though the office was supposed to be open at 10:00am. Agent was pleasant & competant Agent let me choose the drop off location in Calgary, however when I arrived to drop the trailer the location wouldn't accept it and couldn't tell me where I was supposed to return to the unit to.
