The place was incredibly disorganized upon pick up they didn't know which truck to give me and the person in charge of the truck at that location wasn't answering his phone. They called me twice before the day of to tell me that they didn't have any of the moving extras I ordered with online checkout. They also over charged at the end even though I filled up the truck upon return. Uhaul didn't use to be this awful but after this experience I will never use them again.
