I've never experienced such a rinky-dink U-Haul set up! It is within a small, crowded quick mart, where we were greeted by a gentleman who didn't speak or understand English very well. He pointed us to walk down a very narrow, junk-laden aisle, where a woman took over our rental processing. She asked my name and then called a person "Mr. K" on her cell phone. She had to take pictures of our I.D. to send to Mr. K. on our phone. Then I had to talk to Mr. K., who also did not speak good English, to verify myself, how many miles we would be driving our rental, how much time we needed, etc. It made me extremely nervous to approve the charges over someone else's cell phone to a person I could not see. This is a very sketchy set up, and I will definitely be watching my bank account!

Christina BTruck was absolutely disgusting. The interior had food and wrappers every where. The back of the truck on the inside was riddled with trash. The worst experience I’ve had with uhaul to date!
