First guy Bob was great! Helpful, and quick. The trailer had several broken safety features like the backup chains were gonna or S hook snapped. But we were still able to tow the vehicle. When we brought the trailer back just as we were taking the final pictures I assume the owner showed up and started complaining about where we had the trailer and asked if we could re-hook it up to our car and move it. He was very Expressive and acted a little bit ridiculous. The employee before had told us to place it anywhere which seemed reasonable, considering how small the parking area was tight together the trailers had originally been parked. It seemed unreasonable to expect a normal person to be able to back the trailer back into one of those spots. The owner did not respond with any level of customer service that would be acceptable in any other industry. He just huffed and puffed and then got his car and drove off.

roberty mI organized this u-haul rental to retrieve a Facebook Marketplace purchase. When I arrived to the location with my father to pick up our truck, it was made clear that I was the one that scheduled, paid for, and would be using the truck. However, for some reason, the man behind the counter took all of my father's information and even listed my father's name on the receipt instead of mine. It should have been my name on everything. I understand from a liability point of view why he would have done this, because my father was the one that would be driving the truck, but nevertheless I feel incredibly disrespected. 2/10 experience.
