I organized this u-haul rental to retrieve a Facebook Marketplace purchase. When I arrived to the location with my father to pick up our truck, it was made clear that I was the one that scheduled, paid for, and would be using the truck. However, for some reason, the man behind the counter took all of my father's information and even listed my father's name on the receipt instead of mine. It should have been my name on everything. I understand from a liability point of view why he would have done this, because my father was the one that would be driving the truck, but nevertheless I feel incredibly disrespected. 2/10 experience.

Gary JThe office was so small I had to wait outside for the customer before me to finish. But the worst part probably wasn't this sites fault. I had made a reservation in person with the facility nearest me. The next day I got a call from "Brandy" telling me it wouldn't be available and I would have to drive 30 miles away to get the trailer I had made a reservation for. You can take a reservation, but the hard part is keeping the reservation.
