I am very glad I chose this location to rent a 26 foot truck. I used this Uhaul location a few times while moving to Maryville from Wisconsin, the gentleman that assisted me during this process was very friendly and so helpful. He was very accommodating and made the whole process so simple and easy for me. I pretty much walked in and explained what I needed and then shortly recieved the keys and other things that I needed and drove off. And then the same gentleman assisted me when I returned and also made the return process quick and easy, and he always gladly answers the phone to assist me with special needs or questions.

Rick BPut little lubricant on strap ratchets. Work much easier with drop of oil.
