The location does not have ample parking or room to maneuver. The trailer had numerous areas of damage. Both the truck and the trailer were very clean inside. The location needs to have more employees to shorten the wait time.
Vincent CThis location was convenient as it was close to my destination. Parking was tight but the staff were helpful on a very busy day. I returned the truck during the lunch hour and dropped the key in the drop box. It was a simple return and I received the receipt the next day via email.

charlie hTrailer tires were bald and I was worried about a blowout or flat tire when fully loaded at highway speed. Trailer had trash in it at pick up. Trailer was not ready when I arrived during my pick up window. Had to help the owner push it around so I could hook up to it. More of an inconvenience and a delay in departure more than anything.
