I had to do some finessing to get the trailer parked in an open spot - the parking lot was full. Felt like Austin Powers on the golf cart in the hallway. They were also closed for lunch when I arrived, so had to do the online drop off - which is convenient, but the website for submitting photos wasn't that great, I had to take and submit pictures multipl times.
Emily HI tried to download the Uhaul app but it never worked
