The truck was filthy and I believe that the inner rear driver's side tire was blown ... I didn't discover this until the next day when on the interstate and someone flagged me down stating that tire was flat ... I then had to pull over an wait 2.5 hours for U-Haul roadside assistance ...

Jack CThe problem is not the location itself but rather that the location requires the use of your mobile app. The app is terrible. It keeps crashing and requires the user to go back to the start rather than picking up where they left off. Ultimately, I required assistance from a human (either chat or on the phone) in order to complete both the pick-up and the return process. It was very frustrating. I would recommend that a friend go to a staffed location rather than dealing with your app. I will be doing the same.
