In the box (enclosed bed) there should be a place to attach a tie down so a dolly does not slide around in the back of and empty truck. That would help two things: 1. the inside of the bed/box would not or should not get scratched or dented by the dolly when the truck makes a turn. 2. The dolly would not or should not get scratched by sliding or rolling around in the empty bed of the box truck. Would save on repainting the orange dolly that we rented. The tiedown should be included in the cost of renting the dolly.

Very disappointing rental experience due to your not having enough vehicles in the area where I was, and my having to spend time and energy in the midst of a busy move having two people each spend an additional hour-and-a-half driving. Did not feel like a valued customer at all, and I intend to do all I can to take my business somewhere else in the future, where I feel valued.
