The location itself was great. Clean, kind, helpful, etc. The problem is that I would have trouble recommending U-Haul at all. Very disappointing rental experience due to your not having enough vehicles in the area where I was, and my having to spend time and energy in the midst of a busy move having two people each spend an additional hour-and-a-half driving. Did not feel like a valued customer at all, and I intend to do all I can to take my business somewhere else in the future, where I feel valued.
Pete SThis was my original drop off location and then it was changed without notice to me. I do not have notification of changes. This facility was very accommodating to accept the equipment and make sure all was complete without hassle to me.

Shawn SEntered the building and nobody was around to assist me with my rental return. I decided to start the return myself with the app. I had an issue that required assistance, so i wen t back in the building to see if someone could assist me. The kid was new and had to call a U-Haul 800 number for assistance. While on hold, another customer came in for a rental return. The kid behind the counter then told me that I would have to call myself because he had to help the other customer, keep in mind I was there first and he had already began attempting to assist me. In the end, I had to solve the issue myself with no resolution from the staff member on site. The person I delt with on the phone was helpful, but this drop-off location provided zero value for the customer.
