It took me a good half hour with signing it out I had trouble getting it filled out it wouldn’t let me push. Continue on one part it gave me trouble putting the state in I had to call you I got a real nice guy on the phone helped me sign in I did have trouble opening the lock to get the key there is know coverage over the boxes the dials were very hard to turn also I never was contacted within 24 hours of me signing up I just think you should go back to the way it was were you give the deposit to the location where your getting it they hand you the key they look the The Uhual over then you bring it back they check it and give you back what money wasn’t owed for you from your deposit it be so much easier thank you though for having the uhaul available I’ll need it again in a couple weeks .
