Newer trucks, rear view cameras... Older rusty trucks shouldn't be on the road, and if they are should commend less.

Lisa M.U-Haul should pull their contract with this location. Absolutely disgusting and horrific customer service from an area Manager. No instructions provided prior to pick-up. No phone call to confirm reservations and/or the add one that were paid for which, in turn we're not preset. I had to drive extra miles (being charged for) to purchase the necessary items that were not provided by this location when they had already been included in the reservation and I was charged for them. Manager basically blamed it all on U-Haul and me. When dealing with U-Haul directly, please ant experience and the representative went above and beyond to help figure out my situation. I have a remaining balance of $82 that I don't feel I should have to pay due to the complete lack of planning and providing on the dealers part.
