I’m disappointed that they needed to charge me for 2 gallons of gas when I had it full at drop off! I should have taken a picture of the gauge but forgot.
Shelly EI was informed by the attendant that I was being assessed an additional $185 as my mileage exceeded the allowance stipulated. When I inquired if this included my additional two hours of driving to get all of the moving equipment that I had originally reserved, I got a blank stare and no answer. This is a sham and a piss-poor way of conducting business, yet I have heard similar stories from others. Should I require the use of a rental truck in my future, I will look to Budget or Enterprise.
STEVEN DI cannot think of anything they could do differently. They went above and beyond to accommodate me to ensure I would have a trailer available for a holiday pickup.
THOMAS HI dropped of the Truck and tow dolly while this location was closed. Only put personnel not helpful since no one was at the location at the time and it didn't give me a N/A
