I’ve been charged an extra day of fees even though rental was dropped same day. Rep could not find my order and complaint was filed for regional rep to contact me. I have not received any response or resolution. I will proceed with dispute via my credit card. Very disappointed and will not utilize your services again at this point.

Luis DScheduled a pickup time of 10:30am. Reserved for 10 hours. Picked up around 10am. Returned around 2:30-3:00pm same day. Was charged $20 extra for after-hours drop because the location stated I returned it at 8pm.
