Service was great. Truck was a bit dated but handled decently pulling a vehicle. The engine did have a rough time with certain terrain but otherwise was a good drive. I’d use it again but would suggest a newer model F350

I would have given a excellent rating, but I thought that the check in to pick up the trailer was a little too long.
JOHN DI received everything I ordered and more! Pick-up was relatively easy. There were a couple hiccups with transaction that took a bit to resolve, but I made some mistakes on my end so I'm grateful they dealt with me so professionally!
Jon PWhen I requested something years ago, the vehicle or trailer was taken to the location I requested it at. I had to go out of my way 25 miles each way to pick it up. I wasn't aware until the day before pick up. We traveled from southern Illinois to Tomah where we were loading up. It was 2 miles from the site.
