How U-Haul Reviews WorkI’ve been charged an extra day of fees even though rental was dropped same day. Rep could not find my order and complaint was filed for regional rep to contact me. I have not received any response or resolution. I will proceed with dispute via my credit card. Very disappointed and will not utilize your services again at this point.

Luis DScheduled a pickup time of 10:30am. Reserved for 10 hours. Picked up around 10am. Returned around 2:30-3:00pm same day. Was charged $20 extra for after-hours drop because the location stated I returned it at 8pm.
