I didn't go inside. The man that checked me in was courteous but after I told him about the difference in miles when I reserved and the miles on the paperwork he acted like he couldn't do anything about it.

The alignment in the truck was off. The steering wheel was over to the left not straight. The brakes didn’t feel right. I was so scared to drive the truck. This was the first time I rented a U-Haul and I never will again. I cannot believe they rented this truck to me with these issues. Very unprofessional & unsatisfactory.
Elizabeth RHaving equipment in more locations. I had to drive 50 miles round trip to rent equipment which costed me more in gas and time than what it was worth to use the equipment itself.
