I reserved a uhaul box truck with an estimate of $177-$187 based on estimated mileage about a month ago went to pick it up yesterday and it was $280 in same estimated miles. Couldn’t cancel because I needed the truck. Scam? Window handle was broken, tool box was broken and lying on the floor no longer attached to the floor.(safety issue for sure). Gas was only 3/4 tank full so I took pictures of all that. Only paid to fill back up to 3/4 tank.

Sorida LI Spoke To Them In Person The Day Before I Rented Truck And I Thought It Was Easier To Understand The In And Out Of Renting A Truck. The Guys Were Very Proffesional And Nice!
LUANN Dwould not recommend uhaul at all. entire experience was a disaster with no phone call, change of pickup location, and no code to get keys. never again!!!!!!!
