No one is there. When they answer the phone they don’t even say uhaul. I got charged for miles when I thought it was unlimited. From where I pick up and my house would not even cover the 301 miles so why would I choose that. I wish I knew. Also i swept the truck out and there was a sign that said I would get money back but that did not happen

Not this locations fault. Uhaul gave me the run around for over an hr after I was supposed to leave with the truck! I was on a time crunch and really messed with my plans for the day. The app could not figure out my location to let me finish the pickup. Luckily the owner stopped by and he got me out in 5 mins. Also the ac was messed up and constantly went from hot to cold when it was 85 out today. Honestly wouldn't recommend uhaul to anyone. I paid for a service that was exceptionally poor.
