RONALD RDennis is such a good man. Easy to work with. There was an ice storm early am and he still had my trailer pulled out, snow and ice cleared from the trailer, and very pleasant demeanor! He also hooked my vehicle up, used a wiring extension to make my electrical pigtail work better and I would rent Uhaul again from Dennis Syper for certain. Just a really good overall experience for me! Thank you all! Dennis is a good ambassador for Uhaul!

David STerrible customer service. I made a reservation TWO MONTHS AGO, and the day before U-Haul switched my reservation location to one over an away. It also switched my truck from 15 foot to 26 foot without my consent. It took forever to troubleshoot this online and by phone and your social media staff was especially rude to me, calling my requests for resolution “spam”. I strongly advise U-Haul leadership watch the Seinfeld episode in which Jerry explains the important distinction between taking a reservation and HOLDING it, the latter being the more important of the two.
