The location was great, but we had to ask for another location. It was closer to our house and when you responded, you could provide us with a truck we assumed we would get the truck at that location. Your return message to us was misleading and not appreciated. We were not able to pick up the truck at that location, but we had to drive 20 minutes further.

SILAS Zit took 35 min to make the reservation. also i repeatedly told them i wanted to return it to Fort Collins and they booked it to Loveland. I asked about why and they said that was closest. I later made the change to drop it off in Fort Collins. plenty of room.
