KELLY CU-Haul didn’t have a vehicle available to me anywhere near where I requested, and the lady on the phone when UHaul confirmed my reservation was not concerned with the inconvenience or helpful to me. The folks at Mazo Hardware were helpful and friendly. The truck was easily accessed and picked up. The store was welcoming.

Jennifer FWe were originally supposed to pick up the truck about 2 miles from us, but at the last minute we were told that we had a new pick up point that was about 40 miles away, I was not happy. There were no instructions given about any workings of the truck ie: head lights, flashers, wipers (there was no fluid for the wipers), mirror adjustments, explanation of the "tire needs air" light that was on the whole trip, just not a word about anything, just here it is, and bye. I can't condemn every U-Haul office, but the 2 we interacted with to get the truck really stunk.
