We were originally supposed to pick up the truck about 2 miles from us, but at the last minute we were told that we had a new pick up point that was about 40 miles away, I was not happy. There were no instructions given about any workings of the truck ie: head lights, flashers, wipers (there was no fluid for the wipers), mirror adjustments, explanation of the "tire needs air" light that was on the whole trip, just not a word about anything, just here it is, and bye. I can't condemn every U-Haul office, but the 2 we interacted with to get the truck really stunk.
