Drop off location had the wrong business name. Wrong phone number. Contracted drop off time was outside of business hours and they charged me another day late fee. Terrible service. Did not call me until after the trailer was late, just to tell me I had already been charged.

Not sure why I has to go to this location to pick up the truck when theirs one exactly 2 minutes from my house. Very inconvenient.

ELEAZAR S.The guys receiving the truck was very helpful and nice. I'm sure amongst other things he is a really nice individual. The location of his uhaul center was not nice at all and to top it off the owner wasn't even there to receive the truck. I had to hunt down the number for the location online and once i finally did find it the owner wasn't even there. I had to wait until he came from a different location. Overall my experience wasn't horrible because of the owner's kindness but i would have liked a little more professional setting when dealing with business.
