Train your dealers and ensure they have the equipment and knowledge needed to successfully run as a U-Haul dealer. The dealer did not have connection or equipment needed to execute the transaction. I was forced to use my personal computer and internet source to allow them to log in and complete my transaction. Reasoning: dealer argued with me about the ball size needed for the trailer. He switched to the 1 7/8 ball from the 2” I installed. He then proceeded to install the trailer. When I attempted to pull the vehicle being transported onto the trailer, it popped off the hitch denting and scratching my truck tailgate. Equipment: the trailer was well maintained and operated as expected.
