I dropped my rental off at 10AM and it wasn't checked in until 2:51 pm by the employees causing me to be overcharged by over $70.

Wayne Gpoor lady at counter of store was unable to help other than point me at the trailers, when i told turn signal didnt woek on passenger side she did quickly get on phone with some one and get me a different trailer. then system was down and she entered the change later when system came back up.
