The key was nearly impossible to turn in the ignition- you had to jimmy the shifter just right. When I told the manger- he just said ‘yeah it’s been like that for a while- but it gets easier once you’ve done it a few times’ UNACCEPTABLE- and someone is going to end up stranded because they can’t figure it out. Or it will finally stop working- force your people to take care of things
