WEB SAID OPEN TIL 8 PM ,IT WAS CLOSED AT 4 PM WHEN I GOT THERE . NO CELL SERVICE TO DUE ONLINE CHECK IN HAD WAIT TO GET SIGNAL TO DO ONLINE CHECK IN AND STILL GOT CHARGED $20 CONVENICE FEE PLUS EXTRA MILES WHEN THIS WAS THE FARTHEST DEAL FROM MY LOCATION.

Travis was so very helpful during the rental process. He went above and beyond to get us not only the right equipment we needed but to make sure we understood the process of returning the equipment on a day his business was closed.
