My experience at this pickup location was well below average. I arrived at my scheduled time for a mobile pickup, but the key was not accessible and the person on site had no idea how the mobile pickup process worked. I had to wait about 20 minutes while they tried to find the manager just so I could get the key. The location was not prepared, the staff wasn't trained on U-Haul procedures, and the pickup process was completely disorganized. This caused unnecessary delays and frustration. I would not recommend this pickup location to anyone until they improve their training and make sure mobile pickups are actually ready at the scheduled time.

Only issue was the pads were not in truck when I picked it up. Had to wait over 20 minutes to have the pads delivered to the truck. Also, I left the pads in the passenger seat of the truck.

Marcia PMy pickup location was changed by uhaul because the location I booked didn’t have my truck then I had to add more mileage then the next location did not have the appliance dolly which I paid for so overall I had a bad experience and haven’t been reimbursed for anything also my rental truck was empty on fuel when I picked up
