The truck was to be ready for mobile pick up at 8:00 am but it wasn’t. The facility was supposed to open at 9:30 but no one showed up until 9:45 and the truck wasn’t ready until 10:00. This put us two hours behind schedule.

The location was filthy, and there was no bathroom. My reservation was for 4pm and the person who could check me out there was not at the location until 4:40pm. I waited 30 minutes just to check out.
David LThey lied and charged me a cleaning fee. When I asked to see the photos of the alleged mess, no photos were presented. I’m still waiting on the photos.
