The uhual had trash in the trailer. The clerk misinformed us that the Uhual needed to be full of gas when we returned evev though we got it half full. Then they asked me a few times about a furniture dolly. I told him no, we only need a utility dolly...he charged us for the furniture dolly anway. Better training and giving accurate information
