Stop finding ways to steal money from your clients by raising mileage after they return the vehicle
DEQUAN WI was told I could drop off the trailer where I wanted. I was not told there would be a charge for not dropping off at the location the was chosen for me by U-Haul. A location I was never asked about, and that was very inconvenient for me.
ERIC JI went a total of 3 miles. I filled the gas tank before returning the van and I was disappointed that it took 1.5 gallons of gas @$3.09 per gallon for a cost total of $4.69 which relates to paying over $1.55 per mile. I suspect the last person who rented that same van did not top off the gas tank prior to returning the van.
