Picking up the truck at a gas station where attendants are no English speakers is extremely frustrating and unnecessary complicated. Truck was mechanically borderline inoperative, the whole time driving it I thought transmission was gonna blow up on me. I never leave reviews on anything but experience was really bad, I took the time to write this.

Location was convenient for us, however the check in on line was difficult. I had several issues with the truck to report and when I tried to type them on the app, it wouldn’t let me continue the check in so I had to put no issues. The issues the truck had were the drivers mirror was loose and would move while driving which was a safety issue. Also the drivers side door was binding against the front fender every time the door opened. Also the top of the drivers door didn’t sit tight to the truck so there was a lot of wind noise due to it not sealing.

Ryan HThe person running this location was very unprofessional. Didn’t really know how to run the uhaul service. Also made me call uhaul because my license expired two weeks ago but I had the new temporary license with me. He was no help and made my moving experience difficult. On top of this he kept closing the gas station uhaul pick up center every 5mins which is an inconvenience for those who rent the trucks at a specific time and have to return it at a specific time.
