There was mud in the front and in the back. But that was ok; we were going to get it dirty too. It's that time of the year when it's rainy and muddy so we were fine. It's was odd having the whole process done over the phone rather than in person. It's a bar/billiard so some people might feel uncomfortable. They were the only ones open on the weekends and that's what we needed.
