Only issue was that the driver side light didn't work. I bought extra magnetic tow lights to put on the tow vehicle.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe staff at Ace were very professional and helpful. However, the reservations on the U-Haul app did not align with hours of the store and they did not offer online check in. The u-haul system also was down when I tried to pick up. The team at Ace was very nice but the U-Haul systems left much to be desired.
May SDriver Door didn’t close ever the first time. Transmission shifted hard. The back wasn’t swept out. Exterior of truck was muddy. The price was different than when I initiated the service. The first online interaction me to believe this was a $45 ish expense it turned out to be $140 that’s fine. Din’t know why you had to trick me into that price, should be transparent upfront.
