was sent by U haul over 2 hours out of my way to pick up this trailer was suppose to pick up in prince albert not meadow lake Their meadow lake facility was courteous and good to deal with U haul themselves not so much for all the extra driving and towing I may as well of just hauled my trailer both ways

BRIAN GI had booked everything on line with an agent got a confirmation number. When i went to pick up the vehicle, i had to start all over again. The owners were very pleasant, the truck was clean. It would have been nice to have some instruction on how the truck operated and been ensured that the fluids and tire pressure were all checked before i took the vehicle. I didn’t like that i had to check in with an app. Not everyone has a cell phone.
