I had booked everything on line with an agent got a confirmation number. When i went to pick up the vehicle, i had to start all over again. The owners were very pleasant, the truck was clean. It would have been nice to have some instruction on how the truck operated and been ensured that the fluids and tire pressure were all checked before i took the vehicle. I didn’t like that i had to check in with an app. Not everyone has a cell phone.
