Fantastic experience, couldn't be better!
RACHELLEMT DNot at location indicated initially. Then arrived and no one there. Waiting for an hour before anyone even greeted me. Then told by U-Haul no other options other than a pick up an hour away. Brutal from start to finish. Then the owner finally picked up and said his phone died. Very unprofessional.
