Not at location indicated initially. Then arrived and no one there. Waiting for an hour before anyone even greeted me. Then told by U-Haul no other options other than a pick up an hour away. Brutal from start to finish. Then the owner finally picked up and said his phone died. Very unprofessional.

Martin BThis location was remote, unmarked, looked like a junkyard with random U-Haul trailers scattered around the property and had multiple dogs barking around the property. The drop box was taped shut and it was 10/10 difficulty level to get a 26’ truck with a trailer into the tiny driveway. I was late and got charged an extra day because of how long it took for me to get into the driveway.
BRYNLEY LExcellent dealer service. Great Uhaul representation. I will definitely be using this location for my next Uhaul rental. Staff was fantastic.
