The Uhaul truck was clean but it was not as well maintained as it should have been. The Steering was difficult because of the play in the system. It was hard to keep the truck going straight ahead because of the looseness in the steering. Also the steeringwheel/key interlock would not allow the key to turn the truck on unless you an extreme amount of torque on the steering wheel. The attendent at the rental place had to make a phone call to someone else to figure out how to start the truck. Each time I started the truck afterwards I had to go through the same process. It was almost to the limit of my strength to make this happen. You should fix this soon. The truck has over 100k miles on it, perhaps it should be retired. The customer person was very nice which made the pickup process pleasant.

I rated below average only because it's just a rental location, a convenience store only, nothing special. It's U-Haul practice however on one way rentals they estimate expected mileage using what appears to be "PC miler" & charge per mileage over estimate. As someone with experience with PC miler I can tell you it's NEVER exact mileage, it's ALWAYS short, & you will be charged.
NIELS FAwesome service!
DENNIS SDog hair all over cup holder. I would have been fine with this review until I found that I was charged for 4 gallons of gas after driving 16 miles when already had put 2 gallons of gas in it upon return to bring it to the same level as when I had left. There is no way I used 6 gallons of fuel for 16 miles.
PAUL HOnly used one gallon of gas and charged me $30. What a rip off
