While it was a virtual drop off, the process to do so was simple and straightforward. They had plenty of signage guiding us where to go, what steps to take, and where to leave the keys.

Office manager was very friendly.
Scott ECab was dirty, windshield was VERY dirty with bugs so dried they were very difficult to remove for safe driving. 10' storage area was equally dirty, had to be swept to remove dirt and debris. Truck brakes were not good, who truck shook when used at highway speeds. Seal on Drivers Door was so bad that in rain it leaked on my arm.

STACEY JI dropped off after hours used the key drop box. Never got completed according to the uhaul app. I did drop off 2 days early, but even after my due date, still not completed. Apparently there's only one person there with access to do that.
