Customer service was good , truck was dirty very dirty on outside windows were dirty , bugs covered, unacceptable. Interior was ok. Gas wasn’t full, below half a tank ridiculous. It should be full when I get it period, poor service

Sean MThis location was alright my complaint is with ordering this rental from the Highway 99 location for a 7:30AM pickup, not being able to get the app to respond. then when we called the help line, we were told "no truck is ready, you will have to wait until they open at 9AM" needless to say, having 8 helpers waiting to load at 8AM and no truck was very upsetting!!! We were finally directed to the Kingswood location after a ONE-hour delay we were finally on the road. To say that I am very displeased is an understatement. Some sort of rebate is about the only thing that would satisfy me at this point
