this was a small place so parking was a little tricky. More signs would've been helpful.

Location was very good, Vehicle had slight inside cab door damage that couldn't be documented online at pickup, had to leave a message about the issue. The requirement of using the APP was not appreciated, the location had to scan my license for me because with my phone I couldn't install the APP on it. Going online at return was no help either. I had to CALL after hours and wait 20 minutes to speak to someone or else there would be a $20 added charge the next day for inspection without photos. Once on the phone things got accomplished very quickly. There was no option to upload pictures on the website, I had to get an email from the Customer Service agent and reply to it. Way to tedious. You should just be able to use the website the same as the APP. Overall an A- rating.

WILLIAM LThe U-Haul APP is Junk!!! It Didi not Work, so the Secretary that I called at this location said to Just Deposit the keys and she would do the rest.
Matthew SThis was a sort of weird location for a U-Haul pick up and drop off spot, but the man was helpful and the drop off was easy.
