This is the third time we've worked with Jean and she's always pleasant and accommodating. I called pre-hours and she answered and helped get us a truck at the last minute after our reservation with another truck rental firm failed (they had no trucks when we arrived) I was on the road 15 minutes after I arrived and our move-day was back on track. The women working at the desk was rude and not pleasant to talk to
Sarah PDrop-off process was fine, but I received an unprofessional call before my scheduled return time asking me to bring the truck back early so it could be used for another customer. I had rented the truck for the contracted time and still needed it.
Shane GI showed up at 12:45 and they supposedly close at 1pm but no one was there. I had to pull the biggest trailer off my hitch alone and I hurt my back doing it.
Nicholas LThe truck was dirty on the inside and one brake light did not work.
