Two things, one minor and not-picky and the other an issue that needs to be addressed. 1. Nice guy that checked the truck out to me was thorough, but the BO was bad. I understand it was the end of the day, and I don't have an idea what work exactly he was required to do, but the smell was strong. 2. Now, AFTER having a discussion about the fuel levels in the trucks, I STILL got charged. I mentioned that ALL trucks should START with a FULL tank, so it is not let with interpretation. My truck was just under half a tank. I took a before and after pic and I drove less than 4 miles, the gauge DID NOT MOVE yet I was charged for TWO GALLONS of gas at the price gouging cost. This was eventually refunded but it was CLEAR that this happenes to people that "just won't look" at their bill, get charged and then they don't fill up the truck with the gas they charged because "they don't have the time" according to the clerk at the site. Basically, caught them in a scam to charge me for fuel when it was not warranted.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkA lot!! This seft serve system does not help the customer at all. The rental process is unclear. Why dont you have RF ID for the vehicles? Need to take pictures for everything. Also, since everything is managed remotely, at least get a good internet reception (have to leave the building for every transaction) - for sure a lot to improve!

GUERRY SThe truck was great but we were only given a 1/4 tank of gas so when we returned it with less than an 1/8 used we were prepared to pay for the gas we used as we were running late but we were then told we would have to pay 30 extra dollars because the truck had less than a 1/4 tank of gas we were never told that when we rented it our sales guy only said if we did not return with a 1/4 tank they would charge us for the gas but never explained the extra penalty of $30 ! This was not the best experience .
