The self-service was extremely stressful no one informed us we needed two witnesses that had to be called while we waited in the parking lot at 7:30 in the morning. We will not again be renting from a facility that doesn't have full service staff to help walk us through the Rental process.

Very poor internet signal in the area. No chance to complete the self service on the phone. Thank god the guy who works in the office was there and helped me with the truck.

Morris WAt check in, the first customer service rep (Lady) that assisted via the virtual checkin was difficult to work with. Had to go outside for internet connection. When I returned, she had left. Brad and Midgard employee were outstanding. At checkout, the rep that checked me out was outstanding, The midgard employee also provided outstanding customer service.
WILLIAM NWhen I checked out the truck, the employee said to return it at a 1/4 tank of fuel. When I entered the truck, I received a message stating 7 miles to Empty. So I had to waste time and get fuel which added miles and more money to spend. I returned the truck with 70 miles to E, a lot more than when I started. I really should get some kind of credit or compensation. I have had better experiences with Penske and enterprise for rental trucks.
