The facility was not in the best shape or location. The owner was very nice and friendly. But the area where the trucks and trailers are kept needs renovating.

He had a colleague come out and physically show me how to ensure that the cross links were set up on the hitch that the lights worked and how to work the ramp to get the golf cart onto the trailer and then safely secured. MONICA BI ordered a van I didn’t get a van. I got a 20 foot truck for my mom‘s clothes and a few boxes that had passed away. I didn’t need a truck that big I called and I called and they said oh you could just check in on your phone And I did and it still ended up giving me a 20 foot truck even though I was sitting right behind the van I was supposed to be getting
