Superb service all across the board. From initially talk to Many on the phone to secure a cargo van, to actually walking in and getting the van, to returning the van with ease. The young lady that was there when I returned the van was very professional and polite as well. It's one thing to be able to get things done and then there's another thing where you ask yourself, "Do I want to do business with them again?" And the answer is YES. I wasn’t happy the lady charged me $7 and something dollar for what she consider one line short of gasoline, she does the inspection visual as I did, so how she can have a exactly measure? Also charge me for 3 gallons of gasoline what maybe was a 1/2 gallon short What a a way to steal money on top of that you guys increased the accident insurance from $10 to $25, also increased the per Mille price. That’s Taking advantage and stealing our money money

The Location and your employees were not the problem. It was the 15' box truck. There was a exhaust leak that let all of those fumes come into the cab of the truck. The alternator squealed on and off. The truck had NO power. It had a hard time making it up slight inclines. When you were outside of the truck by the rear wheels, the rear end is going. there is a oil smell. This truck is dangerous.

Where do I start? A truck tank one-quarter full, returned three-quarters full, no adjustment to price. Like I’m supposed to manage my gas consumption so I can return it one-quarter full. Absurd and a burden on a customer that’s totally unnecessary. Employees who don’t know how to use their computers when I already was fully checked in. Took half an hour to get it done, and like I say, I was supposedly fully checked in. Which means “checked in” is a meaningless term to you. Extra charges for going over an artificial limit on miles. Dirty cabin. Wrong info given on return policy. My experience with UHaul last time was also simply awful. You nickel and dime, have under-trained staff, and have virtually no concept of customer service. I tried to deal with the return by calling you all because the return location was apparently closed. Got someone on the phone who couldn’t close out the whole thing. Why couldn’t she? And why did I have to demand she put me in touch with someone who could? She could’ve volunteered to connect me, but instead started by telling me I had to go to your website and give all sorts of info- NO! I had to pay over $200 for a simple use of a truck for a day. At that price, provide some basic service!! Your systems aren’t organized to make life simpler for customers but to force the customer into sequences of activity that only benefit you because that way I do all the work, not your people. I’m still steaming. Since you asked.

Although my rental experience did not start-out very well it ended well. I reserved a trailer atMelrose Park location, the reservation was transferred to the location at Forest Park, IL location at Harlem Ave. The staff at the Forest Park location were rude, uncaring, had a take-it or leave-it attitude. I have never experience such bad treatment. Not only that I will not return Forest Park, IL location nor will I recommend the location. I walkout and resume my rental at the Melrose Park, IL which was total customer friendly.

I arrived to the store and asked for a 17" the guy immediately said we dont have, I returned in to my car and I started doing the online process, because I was looking for the correct location before arrive to this store. Minutes later I approached to pick up the truck and they give the truck. I really felt a kind of discrimination and uncomfortable. The rest it was ok, no issues with the truck and costumer service.

The guy who helped me move the fridge and stove, will rent from there soon, or if he ever needs a truck. He saw all that you had in stock, and he was amazed. He said at the Cicero location, they had no trailers. I was very happy w the service. The sales girl, was very pleasant, professional, and not pushy. She asked the guys in the back for help and they came out right away. She was patient with me, and knew I had never rented before (i told her), but I had already called ahead of time so I had an Idea what I was getting into. It was actually a lot of fun, and now I know what to do when I move out of my house and downsize. The trucks look very clean from outside, and once inside, very clean in the box and in the cabin. Thanks for such a great experience. Also thank you for protecting your workers from the COVID19; it was a great idea to place the plexiglass screen so they won't get exposed to the germs clients may have, and vice versa.

Truck was very dirty inside the back license plates fell off while driving on the road .My husband was driving it and I was behind the truck ... I saw when plates fell off it could have caused an accident when I had to stop and put my emergency flash lights to pick up the plates... These plates are not screwed in it only clicks with plastic should be screwed in.... Please check these on all trucks... so they won’t fall off... And the miles on the truck was not updated in the system someone is not doing their job..I told them before driving it that the mileage was less than it appeared in the system.
