This is the second time I have rented from this location with some sort of issue. With the same person there. 1. Made a reservation and was told they didn't have the equipment because something was wrong with the one they had on the yard. But rented to me anyway. Said he didn't k am why uhaul reserved this when it was not ready. 2. Made a reservation and for the the location with a sign saying they stepped away for a moment and will not be back until 1:35pm. Reservation was for 12:45. Had a number to call uhaul. Called it and rep couldn't do anything. Local rep ( same guy) said I take my luck break at 12:30-1:30. Sign did not say they or the online reservation system. I was over an hour late getting to my scheduled appointment because of this. The guy there is always blaming uhaul for everything to not take responsibility

There was some confusion about how my credit card was charged for more than what was on my receipt. Even though it was remedied after my return, it did cause me some anxiety about using Uhaul for a truck rental in the future. Also. Why is it soon expensive now to rent a truck, I'll not be doing this again. It's not worth the inconvenience. Really felt price gouged

The vehicles need to be checked better I got a vehicle that broke down on me and cause me to pay for a service I couldn't use because we were afraid to load not knowing if it could be fixed. Being charged the full rate for something I couldn't use is just not right!

Rented a cargo van. The person before me must have spilled a soda in the cargo area. Needed to cover the floor mat with plastic due to it being very sticky.

The site itself seemed secure and clean. We did after hours drop off. There is no good place to leave a 26ft truck. We ended up leaving it in the main parking lot. I will say the online check-in process was super simple and pretty quick.
