The location did not have the size truck I ordered. Scheduling contact clarified and size was downgraded. Applicance handtruck was ordered and double check. Upon arrival, it was not available. Even after scheduler clarified with an employee. Truck was given to me on empty but required to be returned at 1/4 tank. I returned it at a half tank. About 125$ worth of fuel given back. Rear of truck was dirty and not cleaned. Hours were not accurate and information on return was confusing. On the bright side, the staff let me use an appliance handtruck onsite that was unlabeled and had no serial number. Nice gesture but still a poor experience.
