The staff was extremely kind and courteous, but not very knowledgeable on the basics of using the car dolly. Just a quick basic tutorial could help alleviate the anxiety of the employee and the party renting the equipment. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would use the location again.

There was nothing wrong with the location but had an issue once again with getting a truck at my local location. This is the second time in a row were I was going one way and had to drive over an hour to pick up my own truck. There is a Uhaul hub location in Escanaba Michigan and that is where I reserve to pick it up and I reservice the truck well in advance and this happened again. There was a location (Iversons) in Gladstone, MI that had one but that was not reserved for me. Instead I had to drive to Menominee, MI to pick it up. Other option was to have someone from the Escanaba store go and pick it up. Would like to know if my next rental at the end of July will be local, if not I will go with Penske instead in Iron Mountain since they are the same distance as Menominee. Please call me if there are any questions. I would really like to know if this will happen again next month.
Mark HIt's staffed, on the main route into, or out of, town & has a large lot that's easy to maneuver in & out of.
Diane CZak was very kind and helpful, accommodating even when the online U-Haul system was on the fritz all day long and I really needed a box truck THAT DAY. Great experience.
