it was a quick process to rent as i did not have an appointment. very pleasant and helpful people. I was happy they had a tandem trailer available
Jim SSystem was down again. I've never seen such a large company experience the frequency of IT issues that U-Haul has. I'm a relatively new customer to U-Haul, but now a frequent user and top user for our zip-code. This is a problem that I do not believe top executives are taking seriously enough.
ZACHARY ACustomer was open promptly and quick to get me checked in and on the road & when brought truck back checked in quick uhaul management contacted me as they were checking my location and seeing if I'd switch my pick up& drop off gave me a great rate & milage.
JERRY EThe insurance hocked by uhaul sucks. I had a minor accident and the insurance agent said not covered, only vehicle and contents referring me to my own insurance for compensation first. They took their sweet as time.repling so too late to refer to my insurance. At 30 A day one would think a.dinky.overhead sign held with.a.few pennies worth of.chain,.damage coverable. Penzky or any other competitor will surly be.considered over uhaul.
