Upon my arrival, the team was able to get me squared away and out to my reserved truck within minutes. The truck was clean and orderly and the available 2-wheeler (dolly) was a great help!BRANDON C.
First time I called to reserve a truck was two weeks before I needed one and was told I was reserving the truck too early to call back the week before. I called back a week before and was told no trucks were available for the day I needed. Reserved a truck at another location 1 week in advance. Was told the truck would be ready at 10 am day before I received phone call that I would have to drive an extra 10 miles to pick up in a different town. Because I was moving locally my request was bumped for an out of town request. This does not seem right. It should be if you order a truck and are told it will be there then it should be at the place you ordered. The place I had to pick up the truck was so busy I could not find a place to park. While standing in line had to leave to move my SUV so someone could leave but when I went back in had lost me place in line and had to wait again. Not a very friendly experience.Lorie K.

The 24/7 pickup service didn't work very well, was hard to navigate, could not get to the reservation and had to have someone in the office, after hours, process my reservation. This part of the service needs VAST improvememts.Kenneth R.

The folks inside were rude, unhelpful and condescending. The truck was a wreck, a ton of dents, the spark plugs were showing, and the door didn't close all the way. . . we spent 15 hours driving with a busted ass door.Reyse W.
The truck was very beat up and there were napkins left in the cab. We had to clean the back before we could load our furniture in there it was full of mud and grime. It worked for our purposes but we returned it much cleaner then we go it.DOUGLAS N.
I had put in an order for a 15 foot truck and when I arrived, they only had a 10 foot truck. This caused a huge problem for us with our move. I feel like I should receive some kind of compensation for this error.John H.

No one was in the office at my scheduled pick up time. I was standing in the office and even called! An employee from another dept within the bldg answered informing me the UHaul staff was at lunch. Why would someone leave during a scheduled arrival? I had people waiting at the move site! My check in was completed 30 minutes later and I was told I had to return the truck in 3 1/3 hours vs my scheduled 4. It's not my issue the UHaul employee was a half hour late. The truck needed to be swept out and the truck ran like absolute garage but it got the job done. I was pleasantly surprised that the fuel mileage considering we had a 26' truck. A CDL should be required for that large of a truck though.Ashley J.
The location was fine. My pickup location was changed and Uhaul did not update it so the 24/7 app didn't have the correct gps info. It took me 45 min to get through to uhaul by phone and get the problem fixed.Dave G.

Powerline U-haul Rental, the back of the truck was full of plastic wrap and dirty, I the customer cleaned it out also the drop off location charged me a 10.00 cleaning fee which was bs, I swept and cleaned the truck before drop off. What is going on, I'm not really happy with my experienceJERRY H.

Vehicle was great, but strongly smelled of Fabreeze, dryer sheets, or cleaning solution (even tho a little trash was in the vehicle). Thankfully I was able to crack the windows a bit on the drive. I don't know if someone was covering up smoke, but it was a bit much. Anyone with a chemical sensitivity would not have been able to be in the truck cab at all. It was WAY too much, and quite annoying. But otherwise, nice truck, in good shape.YVONNE M.

Location was great, however my experience with U-Haul corporate was ridiculous. I got bounced around a week in advance of trying to get a simple truck with a tow hitch that could support a load we needed for the weekend and ultimately I received the truck they could tow anything over 3500 poundmark M.

When dropping off my rental I waited in the lobby for 5-6mins when I called the office the attendant was short will me when I informed him that I was trying to return the truck his response was. "Well you could have just dropped the keys in the box" I've never rented a uhaul before, I assumed it was like renting a car and the attendant would check the vehicle over and give them the key especially since they were still open I will not rent another truck from Uhaul againJustin D.

The yard was a muddy mess so impossible not to get inside of rental muddy just from getting in. Office also filthy. Truck ran poorly and shifted gears late. In addition the ride was quite bumpy as every crack or bump in the road was a big jolt. Gas mileage was awful at 11 gal for 78 miles especially when charging $0.99 per mile.John L.

Do NOT use the mobile check in. My rental started at 9:00am. I pulled in the parking lot at 9:15 and immediately started checking in. It was 9:55 when I pulled out of the lot. It took almost 30 minutes to get approved and then had a hard time getting the lock off the truck and then having to take pictures and all of that. Not to mention the night before my rental I got a phone call kicking my rental from 26' down to 15' because the 26' truck wasnt going to be back in time. The woman was rude as hell too. When I picked up our uhaul they couldn't find my reservation even me telling him I had it in my phone and offered to show him. Eventually he found it in my previous last name and when I asked him to update my last name he said he wasn't able to and just use my old last name if I need to reserve in the future. First of all they required $100 when I was only going 50 miles for my trip with a $20 I haul rental, so I already had to come back to get the remainder of my money. I had to be called and rescheduled over and over to get a truck after I was already guaranteed a rental. The equipment I needed was never available after it was already reserved. There was a problem with the trucks gas components which made it less efficient for fuel mileage, so I had to over pay. The cab was filthy when we picked it up, and the haul compartment was not to regular I haul standards. I cleaned the truck top to bottom and filled the tank when returned, and I was not given my excess it from the deposit, totaling $27. I have had to call three days in a row just to speak to someone, and they are now denying me my overpayment stating the truck was not clean. I have photos of the vehicle and I cleaning the cab and haul area TOP TO BOTTOM. The people at the company are extremely rude and difficult to deal with and this has been the worst experience I have ever had, and I have rented 6 uhauls over the years. Never have I dealt with such unprofessional people. I want my $27 refund, and I will NEVER be using this facility again. I have two people asking me where I rented from, and they are going somewhere else.Breanna W.

Trying to use the 24/7 pick up was a nightmare. I requested and was charge for a dolly that was not there. This was refunded however. The vehicle's check engine light was on but a note scrawled on a piece of paper on the steering wheel ensured me "it's okay"....
