Stacy was great, most accommodating, I contracted for too small of a truck & she seamlessly hooked me up with a bigger truck. I don't like U-haul's persistence to sign up with their program, when I need to rent a vehicle I'll do it. I don't want to create an account with passwords and such...

DAVID Kthey were late opening, and the rental truck had a check engine light on and they were no help need to work on customer service there
john cI drove vehicle 11 miles and put 2 gallons of gas in and they charged me for 2 gallons. 4 gallons of gas for 11 miles seems high to me.
