The online Uhaul reservation tool needs to be upgraded. Had several issues with being redirected on pickup and drop off location and the links received for checking in and out don’t work. This is a reflection on uhaul corporate, the physical locations and service were great. Th technology just made things more difficult.

MARGARET AVehicle was out of windshields wiper fluid and also had a the tires were low sensor. It was raining so I didn’t need the washer fluid but low tires effect gas mileage.
Cynthia SFurniture pads were dirty. Door seal on vehicle was poor, so cold air and noise entered the cabin. Interior was dirty and sticky in the cup holders and door handle
