Well, while the personnel that was working, there was very helpful and did their very best…. U-Haul’s computer system failed on me twice once the day before and once the day of to the point that I had to go on my phone and secure the equipment that I was renting on my own that’s why my rating is below average. Your employees went above and beyond. I feel like they did their best for what they were working with. U-Haul you need to step it up with your computer systems that keep failing and freezing up. It’s not a good way to do business and very ineffective

Kayla WI dropped the rental off after hours but it was easy to pull into and not confusing at all But I did drop the key in the box prior to uploading photos of the rental My humble apologies
