Reserved trailer 2 1/2 weeks ago. Was messaged day before that the trailer was available at a location just up the street from my daughter which we requested ( which we were moving from West Jordan, Ut). When we went to pick up trailer, there wasn’t one available. We had to drive 21 miles to get one at the location in Lehi, Ut. Waisted 2 hours of time with this process. Disappointed with U-Haul in this regard. We had a 13 1/2 hour move and with this, it really upset our schedule for the move.

It was easy in and out without any hassle or inconvenience
Traci PThe return was a little tricky, the app quit part way into the return process and I had to start over again. Otherwise everything went smoothly.
Paul CAttendant selected return to location rather than one-way and now I am in the process of disputing with Uhaul global. Could have been an accident, could have been intentional to pitch the sell, the difference between 126 and 800 dollars due to fines etc. Will update this review as the process unfolds.
